Charting+ Release September 19th, 2017
CompletedVersion 4.2.0
September 19th, 2017
Enhancements
-
Error handling and Validation
Error messages will be displayed to inform the user what went wrong during charting. The message will be displayed at the top of the page and the user will be scrolled to that message so they can action the item and continue with charting.
-
Forms
When completing a Discharge note, you can now create a Discharge Report. This report will pull all of the important fields from the note so that the user does not have to enter the information twice.
-
Assessment Note Personalization
Based on feedback from clinicians, all Assessment notes will now be personalized based on Funding Stream. Depending on the funding stream, certain fields will be hidden or collapsed when they are not required.
-
Date/Time Updates
At the request of users, we have made choosing the date and time faster and easier!
- Added a new Date/Time picker when creating appointments. When selected, the date and time will auto-populate to today's date/time but can be modified.
- Users can now select the chart date instead of it being auto-selected to today's date only
- Created a shortcut for date fields to populate today's date on all of the forms
- AM/PM is specified when choosing appointment time
-
Home Dashboard and Action improvements for Front Desk
A message is displayed if there are no open chart notes:
'There are currently no open charts in the system. Please start by entering a patient's name in the Search Bar to create or find an account'
In the Patient Profile table they can now:
1. Download Form
2. Print Note -
User Experience Enhancements
On initial Sign-up, you can now assign a Provider Type to the main Administrator.
Eliminated 1 of the 2 Diagnosis text boxes on the Analysis tab of the assessment note. If you had filled in both fields on past notes all of your information will still be there! This change only affects new notes going forward to avoid duplication of information. The remaining Diagnosis box will be used to carry information to the Forms.
Known Issues and Limitations
