-SINCE THE ACCIDENT, HAS THE APPLICANT DEVELOPED ANY OTHER DISEASE, CONDITION OR INJURY NOT RELATED TO THE AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENT THAT COULD AFFECT HIS/HER RESPONSE TO TREATMENT FOR THE INJURIES?
-IS PATIENT PERFORMING THEIR REGULAR DUTIES?

After I've filled out all the required fields what do I do?
- After you've created an assessment note with all pre-requisites completed you'll see a PDF generation button when completing the note and the menu will pop up automatically:
- A "Next Actions" menu will be available:
- Select "Send To InnoCare Software
- Select the OCF transfer button for either the 18 or 23 depending on the case!
- If the transfer is successful, proceed to the client's Records tab in InnoCare Software - then select the Payer tab
You should now see the Authorization Request available to edit and make final changes before sending to the client's insurance company for review!
