Here is a quick picture of the error you'll receive if InnoCare doesn't recognize your User E-mail or password!
We would recommend checking your E-Mail address to ensure there are no spelling mistakes, then if that is correct use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login screen:
Enter your user E-Mail address and a temporary password will be sent to your email:
Use the temporary password you receive with on the login screen with your user E-Mail and when you first are logged in a prompt will appear asking you to set your new password.
