Booking an Appointment (PencilThat)

To book an appointment through PencilThat you'll need to go to https://pencilthat.com/login 

 Log in to your account:

Once you are logged in you'll see any upcoming appointments located on the left and to the right there will be an option to select your clinic to book an appointment:

Select the clinic you want to book your appointment at and it will take you to the booking process. The first page will ask you which service you are looking to book under:

You'll then need to select how you want to search - by appointment type or by practitioner:

If you select appointment type first, you'll choose the appointment type and then it will ask which practitioner. If you select practitioner first, it will then ask you which appointment type you're looking for. In this example, I chose appointment type first:

Select the the practitioner and once you select NEXT the calendar modal will appear:

Select the time and date for your appointment:

Once you click confirm a success message will appear - you can click OK to be brought back to the front page where you can see your appointment has been successfully booked:
