Clients with no future appointments

The clients with no future appointments report outlines all active patients without a future appointment who has attended within the last 60 days.

This report shows the:

• patients first name
• patients last name
• default phone number
• practitioner
• associated treatment plan
• patients email
• patients date of birth
• patients gender

This report is used for contacting patients and booking them back in for treatment. It is also used to discharge patients who have stopped attending or to discharge any spouse files. To access the patients account, simply right click and select View Client Folder.
