Before you can begin booking into the schedule you'll need to open up the schedule to reflect your office hours.
- Right-click anywhere in the schedule
- Select Modify Clinic Availability
- Select the repeat function
You have the option of opening up your schedule on a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis. If your hours are different depending on the day, I would suggest using weekly since you can choose the days. For example, if your clinic is open Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. you would want to set it up like this:
Your schedule will open up to available for the times you entered into the system:
