Modify Availability for Pencil That

Once you've set up Pencil That in InnoCare Software, you'll want to set the availability of your appointments. 

• Right-click in the schedule 
• Select Modify Availability
• You can either select for all appointment types or for specified appointment types

Specified appointment types will allow the practitioner to select the appointments they would like to be booked by the patient themselves. The appointments you want will need to be pushed over into the right box like in the above screenshot. 

Once your appointments are selected you can choose your days and your time preference:

Select OK and you'll see your schedule will have the PencilThat icon on the times you selected - this indicates that the website will only show these select times to the patient and from there they can book themselves into your schedule:
