Upload a Document

Any documentation for your patients can be uploaded to their file in Charting +! Currently this function is only available for our users who use both Charting and InnoCare Software.

In order to do this you'll want to go to the patient profile and select the documents tab:

On the right side of the documents tab click upload and a new modal will appear. From there you can select the document you want to upload. There is a max file size of 10 MB.

Select upload once again and you will see your document in the results page

Anything you upload into Charting will sync over to the patient file in InnoCare and vice versa!
