Front Desk: Recent Assessments

Charting + users will notice a new feature labelled Recent Assessments. This function can be used by any practitioners but has been implemented primarily for Patient Coordinators. This page can be used to track recently completed assessments, re-assessments, as well as drafts! 

You can access this page by selecting the Recent Assessment button between Activity and Schedule:

The date range automatically populates the week from Saturday to Sunday but you're able to change the range to whatever date you would like. 

Actions

There are two action buttons on the right side - one for Summary and one to open the note. 

If you select the Summary icon  a new modal will appear. For new assessments, it will show the following treatment recommendation(s).

Assessments:

• Schedule: Treatments, Per, For, Duration (captured from the Ax or the ReAx)
• Referral: Health Practitioner 
• Recommended Products (if applicable)
• Re-Assessment Time Frame: date of the re-assessment

Re-Assessments:

• Schedule: Treatments, Per, For, Duration (captured from the Ax or the ReAx)

From this page you can email the clinic or the patient (or both!) the treatment recommendation. Selecting the email option will open the modal:

You can send from the clinic or the practitioner using the selection boxes.

You can send to the clinic or the patient using the lower selection boxes.

Selecting both check boxes will send the email off to both and you can see the status of this when you go back to the Recent Assessment dashboard:

The open note icon  will open the note in a new tab - this provides easier access for the front desk and saves them time from searching up the patient.
