- Start by going to the following URL: https://charting.innocaresoftware.ca/
- In the top text fields, enter your email and password
- Click Log in to Charting
Upon logging in you'll notice that the layout and functionality are the same as how it looks and performs on the computer. To bring up the schedule, you'll want to select the hamburger menu in the top left corner - this will produce a new menu where you can select schedule at the bottom:
The schedule view is designed differently than the schedule on the browser as it is more phone friendly and easy to navigate! All your appointments will be reflected and you can easily start notes, filter your preferences and navigate back to the Charting + homepage.
Creating a Note
In order to create a note, simply click on the patient's appointment and a new modal will appear:
Any of the options you select will open in a new tab. If you have a draft note or a completed note, it will say so above the type.
The calendar function in the bottom right corner will allow you to jump to a specific date or between months at a much faster pace:
The calendar button in the bottom left corner is for bringing you back to today's date. If you're ahead or behind a few months clicking that button will bring you back to today's schedule.
You can change the views of the schedule by selecting the filter option in the top right corner.
From here you can change the clinic location, the clinician and the appointment statuses.
