Advanced Search

If you're unable to find a patient in the basic search you can utilize the advanced search options!

• Select the "Search" icon on the left  
• Select "Advanced Search" to populate the drop-down menu

You can input any of the following information in order for the search to work

• Phone Number
• E-Mail
• Birth Date
• Clinic

The search will gather the results and sort them alphabetically by the last name then the first name
