- Select the "Search" option on the left hand side
- Enter the first name and last name of the patient.
- Press Enter on your keyboard
Adding a Patient
While searching for a patient - if you can't find them, select the "Add New" button
- Complete the form with all applicable information for the patient – contact information, address, physician details, and important account notes
- When finished, click either “Save & Open Patient” or “Save Patient”
- TIP: Be sure to fill out the patient Legal First Name, Legal Last Name, Date of Birth and Gender to avoid duplicate patient profiles.
Note: Please ensure you have the correct Date of Birth and Phone number formatting as indicated on the form
