Please note that the appointment must not be charged before making any changes. For instructions on reversing a charge click here.
On the appointment book:
- Find the appointment you wish to change
- Select and Right click the appointment
- Select "Edit"
- Change any details and press OK to save
In the client's folder:
- Open the client's folder
- Select the "Records" tab
- Select the "Appointments" tab
- Select and right click the appointment you wish to change
- Select "Edit"
- Change any details and press OK to save
