View Appointment History

Appointment History allows you to see who created/modified an appointment with the date/time.

To track appointment history you must link your user account to a resource. 

1. Create a resource to represent the front desk with the following roles:

  • Active
  • Internal
  • Person
  • Practitioner


2. Add/Edit the user account and assign the resource


3. View Appointment history by clicking the light bulb on the appointment
