The following steps will help you reprint a receipt in the event that it's lost or another copy is needed.
- Open Client Folder
- Click Billing Tab
- Select Transaction View
- Check Entries Since All
- Click Reload
- Right-click Receipt
- Click Print -> Receipt (Reprint)
Please Note: When you reprint a receipt the word DUPLICATE will be displayed on the receipt. If the original receipt was lost and you need another receipt printed without the word DUPLICATE you can do the following:
- Open Client Folder
- Click Billing Tab
- Select Transaction View
- Check Entries Since All
- Click Reload
- Right-click Receipt
- Click Void
- Click Yes
- Right-click Payment
- Click Create Receipt
