At this time Java is not optimized for the Retina display and does not have an update.
For the time being we do have a workaround. If you were to hook up an external display, such as a second monitor, InnoCare Software will work fine! Hopefully Java will have an update as soon as they can to optimize for Macbooks with Retina.
