Can't install InnoCare Software on Windows 8 or Windows 10

Java must be installed before attempting the steps below! Free Java Download

Most new Windows 8 and 10 computers require the following steps before InnoCare Software will install:

• Download InnoCare Software ( http://innocaresoftware.ca/download )
• Open your download folder
• Right Click on the file "csregistry.jnlp"
• Click "Open with..." (sometimes you will need to click "Open with... -> Choose Default Program")
• Click "More options"

• Move your mouse to the right hand side of the box, then scroll to the bottom and click "Look for another app on this PC"

• Browse to the directory: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\bin", select "javaws" and then click Open.
