Reverse a Charge

Everyone makes mistakes, here's how you fix them with InnoCare Software.

Note: You cannot edit the details once an item is charged, if you want to make a change you must Reverse the Charge first.

  • Open Client Folder

  • Open Client Folder
  • Click Billing Tab
  • Select Charge
  • Right-click Charge
  • Click Reverse Charge

  • Click Yes

  • Credit created to cancel the charge
  • Icons updated to reflect new status
  • Balance back to zero
