Teleplan: Error - Expected Sequence Number

When you upload the submission file to the Teleplan website you may get the following error: Expected Sequence Number XX, Last submitted YY. Follow these steps to fix the problem and re-submit.

Step 1: Delete the Submission file

  • Click Management Tab
  • Click e-Claims
  • Click GO
  • Right-click Submission File
  • Click Delete

Step 2: Change the Sequence ID

  • Click System Setup Tab
  • Click Billing
  • Click e-Claims Agent
  • Edit e-Claim Agent
  • Click Settings Tab
  • Set Sequence Number
  • Click OK

Step 3: Create the submission file

  • Click Management Tab
  • Click e-Claims
  • Click GO
  • Right-click Submission window (top window)
  • Click Submit Claims
  • Click OK
