Organization Details
- Click System Setup Tab
- Click Organization
- Click Organization Details
- Check PencilThat
- Click OK
Clinic Locations
- Click System Setup Tab
- Click Organization
- Click Clinic Locations
- Edit Location
- Check PencilThat
- Ensure an email is entered in the E-Mail box
- Click OK
Resources
- Click System Setup Tab
- Click Organization
- Click Resources
- Select Resource Type (Top Window)
- Edit Resource (Bottom Window)
- Check PencilThat
- Click OK
Appointment Types
- Click System Setup Tab
- Click Clinical
- Click Appointment Types
- Edit Appointment Type
- Check PencilThat
- Click OK
Availability
- Click Appointment Book Tab
- Right-click Appointment Cell
- Click Modify Availability
- Check PencilThat
- Click OK
Invite Clients
- Open Client Folder
- Enter Email Address
- Click Invite Client to PencilThat (White Envelope)
Your client will than receive an email with a registration link. The client must click the link within 15 days to confirm their personal details and create a password. The client can then visit www.pencilthat.com to see their upcoming appointments and book future appointments.
