Appointment is booked under multiple practitioners but I only want it under one practitioner

This is caused by an Appointment Type that is setup incorrectly.

Please follow these steps to understand:

Open Appointment Types

• Click System Setup Tab
• Click Clinical
• Click Appointment Types
• Edit Appointment Type
