Scanning a Document into the Client Folder

You can scan a document directly into InnoCare Software for easy access later.

  • Open Client Folder

  • Click Documents Tab

  • Right-click and Click Scan

  • Select Scanner and Click OK

  • Wait for scanning to finish

  • Preview Scan
  • Fill in File Name
  • Fill in Title
  • Click OK

 

Please Note: Scanning capabilities only work with TWAIN supported printers/scanners. Use the "Add" feature in the documents tab after scanning the document to your computer if your device is not supported.
