Teleplan: Response Process

This page will show you how to retrieve the response file from BC Teleplan. We assume that you have already completed the BC Teleplan Submission Process successfully.

1. Open BC Teleplan Website This will open the BC Teleplan website so you can get the remittance file.

  • Click Management Tab
  • Click e-Claims
  • Click GO

  • Right click in the bottom window (Responses)
  • Click "Load Response File"

  • Click "Yes"

2. Download Remittance File from BC Teleplan Website

Download the remittance file to your computer so you can upload it to InnoCare Software The BC Teleplan website will open in your Internet Browser (Internet Explorer, Safari, Chrome, FireFox, etc.)

  • Enter your User ID (for example, ttut1234)
  • Enter your Password
  • Click "Login"

  • Click "Retrieve Remittances"

  • Click "Retrieve"

  • Save the file to the Folder on your desktop: Teleplan -> Response

This part is hard to document all scenarios as there are so many different browsers and set ups on your computer. The key part here is that you need to Save AS the file to your desktop in the folder created during the initial BC Teleplan Setup 

  • Close or Minimize your Internet Browser (Internet Explorer, Safari, Chrome, FireFox, etc.)

3. Upload Remittance File to InnoCare Software Upload the remittance file to InnoCare Software so we can read it and display the information to you.

  • Go back to InnoCare Software
  • Click "OK"

  • Select the file
  • Click "Open"

  • Click "Yes"

  • Click "OK"

  • Remittance file is successfully posted to InnoCare Software
