Setup Departments

A department is any area of the organization for which it is desirable to manage load and capacity for tasks.

  • Click System Setup Tab
  • Click Workflow
  • Click Departments

  • Click Add (Plus)


Name of department


Description of department

Load Capacity

For each day of the week, enter the total number of hours available for tasks in this department. This total will not constrain the number of tasks that can be associated with this department.
