Select Which Practitioners are Displayed and Their Order

Choose which practitioners are displayed on your appointment book.

• Click Appointment Book Tab

• Click Now Viewing... (Gear Symbol)

• Select  to pull a list of practitioners that are configured for the clinic you've selected
• If you do not see the practitioner you're trying to schedule for - use the  to search and  button to add to the schedule once you've selected the practitioner you're looking for
• Set Order using  and  buttons
• Remove a practitioner by left clicking on the name, and selecting  once they are highlighted
• Click to save your changes

Please note that these settings are specific to one user - appointment book preferences are individualized to meet the needs of who is logging in!
