You can attach a PoC form directly to an appointment in your appointment book.
- Click Appointment Book Tab
- Select Appointment Cell
- Right-click appointment and click Attachments
- Click PoC Form Entries Tab
- Right-click and Click Add
- Select the desired PoC forms by moving them to the right window
- Click OK
- Complete form(s)
- Click OK
- Click Close
- The red "F" symbol indicates there is a Form attached but it is not complete
- The black "F" symbol indicates there is a Form attached and it is complete
