Attach PoC forms to a scheduled appointment

You can attach a PoC form directly to an appointment in your appointment book.

  • Click Appointment Book Tab

  • Select Appointment Cell
  • Right-click appointment and click Attachments

  • Click PoC Form Entries Tab

  • Right-click and Click Add

  • Select the desired PoC forms by moving them to the right window
  • Click OK

  • Complete form(s)
  • Click OK

  • Click Close

  • The red "F" symbol indicates there is a Form attached but it is not complete

  • The black "F" symbol indicates there is a Form attached and it is complete
