Problems Communicating with InnoCare Software (Windows)

This message means there is something wrong with the communication between you and InnoCare Software.

Java Setting - Direct Connection

  • Click Start
  • Click Control Panel
  • Click Java

  • Click Network Settings...

  • Click Direct connection
  • Click OK

  • Click OK

Firewall Configuration

*Typically this only affects users in a hospital or large enterprise building with a dedicated IT staff.*

Another issue could be your Firewall; if you are using a firewall at your location, please ensure the following ports are open:

  • TCP Port 80,443,8080,8443 (HTTP) for downloading InnoCare Software software and configuration files.
  • IP Address of InnoCare Software Servers
  • TCP Port 10050-10064 for communication between InnoCare Software application and our servers.
