This message means there is something wrong with the communication between you and InnoCare Software.
Java Setting - Direct Connection
- Click Start
- Click Control Panel
- Click Java
- Click Network Settings...
- Click Direct connection
- Click OK
- Click OK
Firewall Configuration
*Typically this only affects users in a hospital or large enterprise building with a dedicated IT staff.*
Another issue could be your Firewall; if you are using a firewall at your location, please ensure the following ports are open:
- TCP Port 80,443,8080,8443 (HTTP) for downloading InnoCare Software software and configuration files.
- IP Address of InnoCare Software Servers 199.59.129.122
- TCP Port 10050-10064 for communication between InnoCare Software application and our servers.
