1. Update Java to the latest version
2. Uninstall InnoCare Software
- Click Start
- Click Control Panel
- Click Java
- Click Settings...
- Click Delete Files...
- Check Installed Applications and Applets
- Click OK
- Click OK (to close Temporary Files Settings window)
- Click Security Tab
- Click Manage Certificates...
- Select IBL - Internet Business Logic Inc
- Click Remove
- Remove all lines titled: IBL - Internet Business Logic Inc
- Click Close
3. Re-install InnoCare Software
