Unable to Launch (Windows)

1. Update Java to the latest version

2. Uninstall InnoCare Software

  • Click Start
  • Click Control Panel
  • Click Java

  • Click Settings...

  • Click Delete Files...

  • Check Installed Applications and Applets
  • Click OK

  • Click OK (to close Temporary Files Settings window)
  • Click Security Tab

  • Click Manage Certificates...

  • Select IBL - Internet Business Logic Inc
  • Click Remove
  • Remove all lines titled: IBL - Internet Business Logic Inc
  • Click Close

3. Re-install InnoCare Software
