Telus: View Explanation of Benefits

The Explanation of Benefits (EOB) will show the response that TELUS has sent back regarding your claim. 

Once the claim has been successfully submitted through the TELUS e-Claims integration your EOB is a right click away:

• Select the Records tab of the Client's Folder
• Select the Payer tab within the Records tab
• Select then right click the claim and select “Print” or “Print Preview”
  • This can be done from Open Payer Accounts or from the Records-Payer tab in the Client File
• Choose “Claim…”
• From the Drop-down menu choose “Explanation of Benefits”

NOTE: This will only work for claims submitted through the integration
