Teleplan: Adding Codes to Teleplan Submission

Teleplan requires special "submission codes" when submitting any treatments over 90 days old. To attach these codes please follow the instructions provided:

1. Create the submission file for clients who need a code added to the submission

2. Open the saved Submission file on your computer using Notepad++

(Notepad++ is the best tool to add the codes to the submission and can be downloaded here)

3. Go to Position 75 of the client that the code needs to be attached to

4. Change to uppercase "A" (for MSP) "W" (for WCB) and "I" (for ICBC)

5. Save

6. Upload back to Teleplan for re-submission
